The best part was the people who own and run the hotel. They are helpful and very friendly and they really love what they do.

Some parking right outside which was useful and decor was new and very fresh. Bathroom very well fitted.
Staff on reception did not speak English - however they were very willing and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was basic, with lots of cakes!

We chose this hotel due to its ideal location close to many local attractions as well as not too far from Rome. the hotel is in the center of Milan, which is great for exploring the city on foot. the spacious rooms and modern bathrooms are a plus.
Finding staff who can speak English was challenging, and we had to struggle to communicate basic requests.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards, sunflowers, and wineries. The location was perfect as it was close to many local attractions and not too far from Rome. The hotel had old world charm, clean rooms, and excellent facilities. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and kind staff during our stay.
Everything is what we needed and wanted during our stay in this city.

The staff (owner) was very warm and welcoming, very helpful when we needed help with stationary and a stamp to cope with a rental car problem we had encountered. They were supportive at a time when we were just beginning our auto trip of Italy, and gave us the courage to carry on! Room had a lovely bath attached, recently remodeled and attractive, useful.
They do not have an elevator, and the flight of stairs to the first floor location of rooms were hard for us to pull the luggage upstairs. However they offered help, and brought it down for us when we left - by then I think they realized we were a couple of 80 yr old women who had difficulty in doing it ourselves. It was noisy - the hotel is right on a traffic circle, and scooters raced around the thing all night long. Needed windows open for ventilation - earplugs helped.

Beautiful location in the heart of Tuscany with stunning views of rolling hills. The staff was warm and welcoming, making our romantic escape even more special. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of pastries and coffee.
The bed was quite firm, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. There was also some noise from traffic outside that disturbed our peaceful stay.

We recently spent New Year's Eve at a charming hotel in the heart of Tuscany. the spacious and clean rooms had comfortable beds and a nice shower. the friendly and helpful staff offered a nice breakfast with delicious cakes and coffee. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, including the beautiful countryside and hot springs.
There was some traffic noise on the street outside the hotel that made it difficult to sleep, and the lack of an elevator made it tough to manage our luggage up the stairs.
